4 out of 5 stars

This was my first visit with this provider and I have had many visits with new or rotating physicians covering offices recently, so they were not familiar to me or I familiar to them. On many of these visits, I have felt Both interest and concern from the provider, and a more personal connection. I did not feel that with this provider. I know that the information he gave me was complete and appropriate, the plan was good, and he explained what I can expect in the future. But there was no personal connection. And as a previous medical provider, I have learned that healing comes primarily from a personal application of self. Personal connection is the best medicine.

Dr. Tao exhibits the characteristics that are critical for quality healthcare: he is knowledgeable, candid, and current with recent developments in cardiology. He listens to the questions asked and provides direct answers. I felt comfortable that I left with a good treatment plan.

I really liked Dr Tao

Dr Tao was great, my first time to him, my regular Dr retired. Dr Tao was great in explaining what my condition was, didn't fill me with all "lawyer" talk, very nice to talk to, answered all my questions and fully explained our next move!

Last minute appointment. Reception welcomed me on time and moved me to an exam room. Med tech went thru background and basics immediately followed by Dr. Tao. Dr. Tao was prepared and exam discussion went well. Thank you.
